Bionic Arm
Advanced robotic hand for physically challenged individuals with precise motor control.

The idea.
The Bionic Arm project aims to provide a low-cost, highly functional prosthetic solution for physically challenged individuals. The arm mimics natural human hand movements through a combination of servo motors, flex sensors, and EMG signal processing.
Designed with ergonomics in mind, the arm was 3D printed and features modular finger assemblies for easy maintenance. The intuitive control interface allows users to perform everyday tasks with minimal effort, significantly improving quality of life.
Inside the system.
- EMG-based intuitive muscle signal control
- Modular 3D-printed finger assemblies
- Sensory feedback for grip strength
- Lightweight ergonomic design
- Low-cost open-source hardware
